Problem - Cannot update to the latest version of MyChildID with the updater when the application opens

Solution:

If you are experiencing problems with updating to the latest version of MyChildID please try the following steps:

1. Open your web browser and go to http://www.buymychildid.com/download
2. Uninstall the application currently stored on your computer (NOTE: You will not loose any of the personal information you have already stored on your MyChildID).
3. Click "Install Now" to begin downloading the newest version of MyChildID
4. The newest version should then be installed on your computer and you should be able to log in using your username and password.

Please note this update is for only the MyChildID software (the downloadable version and the software that comes with the elephant usb drive).
