Unable to subscribe/verify my cellphone number for alerts

Due to security reasons we cannot verify your mobile phone on your behalf.  Attached is a PDF tutorial to help walk you through the process of subscribing to receive alerts on your phone. If needed, you may delete the current phone subscription you created and start the process over again using the tutorial.
