Thank you for taking the time to contact our support team.  To try and answer your your question we do still provide support for the Green USB Amber Alert Child Kits if you happen to run into any problems.  However, we will no longer be issuing any further updates to that particular piece of software.  The elephants that you mentioned in your email are the new My Child ID.  They were developed on top of a new platform with the software build from the ground up.
As an existing customer we want to extend our appreciation by offering the new My Child ID at a discounted price.  Please go to http://www.buymychildid.com/shop/ and choose which color you would like and enter the promotional code "support" to receive $5.00 off.
