If you are having trouble logging into your My Child ID:
Please make sure the you enter your username (which you had set up when you registered). If you forgot what it was the username should be the filename of the database file that was created when you installed the software. The database file is located on your home directory (Mac and Windows: /Users/[your computer user name]). It should be in the format of cid_[username].db
If this does not resolve the problem please let us know in as much detail as you can what happened so we can get your My Child ID working for you as soon as possible.
